The following are some sample itineraries of the kind of wine walks that are available. For more detail on the individual trails, please look at The Trails page.

We are delighted to inform you that we have extended our range of Wellington Wine Walks! You can now choose from a four-day/four-night walk to a half-day walk.

You will see that on the multi-day walks (options 1 to 3) we have named each day’s walk. The order of these days cannot be changed as they are based on the route we follow from the beginning to the end of the walk. For details of these day walks, please look at the The Trails page.

However for the one-day and half-day walks you can choose which trail you would like to do, and that is why we have named them! Please see lower down on this page for more details of each trail. Variations on the order of the walks could entail additional cost.

1.     4-day/4-night Wellington Wine Walk

Arrival day:  First night accommodation

Walk day 1: Buchu and Olive Trail (16 km)

Walk day 2: Kuier Trail (15 – 18 km)

Walk day 3: Bovlei Trail (8 – 10 km)

Walk day 4: Groenberg Trail (10 – 12 km)

2.     3-day/3-night Wellington Wine Walk

Arrival day:  First night accommodation

Walk day 1: Buchu and Olive Trail (16 km)

Walk day 2: Kuier Trail (15 – 18 km)

3.     2-day/2-night Wellington Wine Walk

Here you can choose from any of the following day trails:
