with booking of a walk, balance 30 days before the walk commences.
Payment
may be made in cash, or by direct bank deposit. Please note that we do
not have credit card facilities.
Neither
deposit nor full payment will be refunded unless a replacement is found by the
client. No refunds are given if a person leaves a trail before it ends.
Please
advise us with booking if you or anyone in your party has any special dietary
requirements or restrictions.
All
guests are required to sign a standard indemnity form on arrival and
international visitors are advised to obtain medical, travel etc. insurance
before
leaving their country of origin. All participation in activities is at the
guest's
own risk.
In
cases of severely inclement weather causing the enforced cancellation of a
walk, an alternative will be arranged. Cancellation of
hikes is at the sole discretion of
Wellington Wine Walk.
Although
every effort will be made to follow the itinerary, these programs are subject
to change or substitution. Walk times are subject to variation.
All walks are scheduled on
request.
Unfortunately we do not mail printed brochures.
All written correspondence is conducted by email.
All
luggage and personal effects are at all times the responsibility of the
participants and Wellington Wine Walk cannot accept liability.
Our guides are competent
to perform first aid and will carry the necessary kit.
You will be responsible for informing the guide of any medical
condition you may have and for carrying your own prescribed
medication.
We suggest that you take
out personal insurance to cover cancellation, medical expenses,
personal accident, loss or damage to personal property, loss of
money, loss of or damage to luggage, etc. We do not take
responsibility for these items.
It
is our policy to ensure complete confidentiality of all information provided
to Wellington Wine Walk. No contact or other details are divulged to any
third parties.
Participation in trails and tours is at your own risk. Wellington Wine
Walk, its proprietors, employees and all its service providers will not be held responsible for
and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any
loss, damage, theft, injury, accident or loss sustained by any person or their
property.
